Russ Hallauer was first exposed to the Athens music scene while he was a student at Clemson University in the early 1990s. He moved to Athens in 1995 and worked at Flagpole Magazine. In this interview, Hallauer talks about the creation and organization of AthFest, his record company Ghostmeat Records, and the future of AthFest and AthFest Educates.
