Interview with Robbie Cucchiaro, January 26, 2017

Cucchiaro was born in New York and grew up playing various horn and percussion instruments for his school’s Drum and Bugle Corp. After graduating high school, Cucchiaro moved to Athens, Georgia after fellow musician Julian Koster, where they both joined the band The Music Tapes. While in Athens, Cucchiaro has played in many bands. Cucchiaro currently plays for the theatrical podcast, The Orbiting Musical Circus. In this interview, Cucchiaro describes his time growing up in New York, creating The Music Tapes’ first album, and his more current work with the Orbiting Human Circus.
