Description

Frank Moore worked in Jimmy Carter’s gubernatorial and presidential administrations. In this interview he discusses his specific roles as Deputy Chief of Staff to Hamilton Jordan, national finance chairman of Carter’s campaign, and congressional lobbyist in Carter’s administration. Moore also discusses campaign strategy, the relationship between Congress and Carter’s administration, and Carter’s legislative agenda.
